Raw Choc Mousse Mango Tart
This dreamy creation tastes just like your favourite Nutella cake. Without the Nutella! A divine mix of hazelnut chocolate cream, coco-nutty goodness and topped with fresh mango, this dessert is uhhmazing!
1.5 cups raw almonds (200g)
1/2 cup dates (soaked & pitted)
3 Tbsp hazelnut chocolate cream (hazelnut cacao butter)
1 ripe avocado (pealed & pitted)
1 cup cashews (soaked)
1/2 cup full-fat coconut cream
2 Tbsp coconut flower nectar
1 ripe mango sliced
For the base place all ingredients in a high-speed food processor and blend until a sticky cookie dough forms.
Press into an approx 16cm Ø lined tart dish and set aside.
For the nutella mousse place all ingrdients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour nutella mousse into the tart crust and top with mango slices.
Cover with cling wrap and freeze for 1-2 hours or until filling is set.
After the mixture is set, store the tart in the fridge.
