These delicious Choc Protein Peanut Butter Cups are raw, vegan, gluten free and sugar free. A yummy sweet treat packed with protein and the goodness of raw cacao and coconut oil.

Ingredients

(serves 8)

Base

• 4 Tbsp Coconut Magic Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

• 4 Tbsp almond butter

• 1 scoop vegan protein powder

• 1 Tbsp Power Superfoods Raw Cacao Powder

• 2 Tbsp agave syrup

Filling

• 8 Tsp unsweetened peanut butter

Topping

• 4 Tbsp Coconut Magic Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

• 4 Tbsp almond butter

• 1 scoop vegan protein powder

• 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp Power Superfoods Raw Cacao Powder

• 2 Tbsp agave syrup

Choc Peanut Butter Cups

Method

1. For the base place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 8 silicon muffin moulds and freeze for 30 minutes.

2. For the peanut layer spoon 1 Tsp of peanut butter into each muffin mould.

3. For the topping place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Evenly pour on top of each peanut butter mould and freeze for at least 1 hour.

4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
