Basic Chia Pudding
You cant beat Chia Pudding for a quick and nutritious breakfast, lunch or dessert.
Chia seeds are an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids and are also rich in antioxidants and full of fibre, magnesium, zinc, iron and calcium.
And it’s so quick and easy to make. Just combine 3/4 cup of coconut milk and 3 tbsp of raw organic Chia Seeds (I use and recommended Power Superfoods Organic Raw Chia Seeds), sweeten to taste and stir or shake until combined. Refrigerate until set and top with fruit, coconut yoghurt or anything you prefer.
