I’m loving this Blueberry and Coconut Smoothie! It’s refreshing, easy to make, yummy and incredibly nutritious.

Blueberries are my all time favourite fruit! As well as being delicious they are high in nutrients and low in calories. Full of antioxidants Blueberries are an excellent source of fibre, vitamins C and K and Manganese and have a stack of health benefits!

You can whip up this Superfood powerhouse smoothie in a few minutes.It’s perfect for breakfast on the go, a post workout pick me up, or just because!

Best of all it’s Raw, Vegan, Paleo and Gluten Free

Ingredients

1 frozen banana (peeled and cut into chunks before freezing)
1 cup of fresh organic blueberries, washed
2 tbsp Coconut Magic Organic Coconut Flakes 
1 tsp Coconut Magic Organic Coconut Flower Nectar (to taste)
1/2 cup of filtered water or coconut water

To Make

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender
Pour into a glass over some fruit and Granola or Muesli for added crunch.
Top with extra coconut flakes and fresh blueberries
